Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns can be initiated via "view your order" button within the order confirmation email
  • Returns sent back within 14 days of purchase may receive a refund
  • Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund
  • Customized items are ONLY eligible for store credit
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund but can receive STORE CREDIT
  • There is a flat fee of $15 on every return
