  • Returns can be initiated via "view your order" button within order confirmation email
  • Returns sent back within 14 days of receiving item may receive an exchange or refund
  • Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund
  • Customized items are ONLY eligible or store credit
  • Items purchased with a discount code or on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund, just STORE CREDIT
